This site is the pre-launch home and waitlist for Pawpetual. The policy below explains what limited information we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it.

Pawpetual LLC (“Pawpetual,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Massachusetts limited liability company. This website is an informational, pre-launch site that lets you join a waitlist to be notified when our products become available.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible:

• Email address — only what you choose to enter into the waitlist form.
• Basic technical data — when you submit the form, our server records the date and time, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string. This helps us prevent spam and abuse of the form.

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics.

3. How we use your information

• To notify you when Pawpetual launches and to share early access and early-bird pricing.
• To send occasional updates about the product. You can opt out of these emails at any time.
• To protect the form from automated abuse.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How we store and share it

Your information is stored with our website hosting provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and send communications (for example, our hosting provider and, if we adopt one, an email delivery service), and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email until we have completed launch-related communications, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we will honor applicable rights on request.

7. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International visitors

We operate in the United States. If you access this site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
